Description:
B-Ly7 단클론 항체는 인간 CD103(alpha E integrin)에 반응합니다. CD103은 integrin beta 7과 비공유 결합으로 연합하며, 주로 상피내 림프구와 일부 말초 림프구에서 발현됩니다. 또한, hairy cell leukemia(HCL) 및 일부 만성 B세포 백혈병에서도 발현됩니다.
인간 T세포를 mitogen으로 자극하면 CD103 발현이 증가합니다. E-cadherin은 CD103과 결합하여 림프구의 장 상피로의 이동을 매개합니다.
Applications Reported:
Flow cytometry 및 동결 절편 면역조직화학(IHC (F))에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 이용한 유세포분석에서 테스트됨.
최대 0.5 µg/test로 사용 가능하며, 1 test는 100 µL 반응 부피 내에서 세포 수(10⁵~10⁸ cells/test)에 따라 조정 가능.
최적의 결과를 위해 항체 농도는 실험 조건에 따라 적절히 적정할 것을 권장합니다.

CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)
CD103은 점막 관련 T림프구 및 활성화된 세포에 발현되는 분자로, αE(150 kDa)와 β7(120 kDa)로 구성된 이합체 integrin입니다.
말초혈액 및 림프기관의 휴지기 림프구 중 약 0.5~2%에서 발현되며, 골수세포 일부에서도 발현됩니다.
CD103은 integrin family에 속하며, α 및 β 사슬로 구성된 이합체 막단백질입니다.
ITGAE 유전자는 세포외 도메인에서 번역 후 절단되어 이황화 결합된 heavy/light chain을 형성합니다.
β7 integrin과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 integrin(인간 mucosal lymphocyte-1 antigen)을 형성합니다.
CD103은 주로 장 상피내 림프구에서 발현되며, 부착 기능 외에도 IEL 활성화에 관여합니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 hairy cell leukemia 및 splenic marginal zone lymphoma와 관련 있습니다.
