Description:
The SN6 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD105 (Endoglin), a ~90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer expressed by vascular endothelial cells, bone marrow cells, and activated macrophages. CD105 is involved in cell adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis.
Applications Reported:
Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Validated for flow cytometric analysis of U937 cell line. Recommended usage ≤1 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.
Purity: >90% (SDS-PAGE)

Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It exists as an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Endoglin expression is upregulated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, serving as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. It binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity but not TGF-β2.
