Evolutionary Design

• Panasonic V.I.P. Series -86˚C ultra-low temperature freezers use patented vacuum insulation cabinet construction that reduces wall thickness from 14cm to 7cm (5.5” to 2.7”), achieving up to 30% more storage capacity without increasing footprint.
• Newly developed refrigeration circuit regulates high stage compressor ON-OFF cycles, reducing energy consumption by approx. 14% compared to the previous model.

• Rear ventilation cover and aerodynamic design improve airflow, reduce load, and enhance durability.
• Two independent insulated inner doors with gaskets prevent cold air leakage.

Reliability

• Status Alert (Condition monitor) continuously monitors ambient and system conditions and notifies of abnormalities before problems occur.

Accessibility

• Beak-style inner door latch ensures tight sealing and smooth operation.
• Condenser filter located at the bottom right front panel for easy removal and cleaning.

Safety

• Alarm lamp and buzzer warn of power failure or abnormal temperature rise.
• High/low temperature warning provides audible and visual alarms when temperature deviates ±5˚C to ±20˚C (adjustable) from set point.
• Alarm ring-back function reactivates buzzer if alarm condition persists after silencing.
• Microprocessor-controlled blocked filter alarm protects refrigeration circuit.
• One-handed outer door latch allows use of padlock for sample security.
