Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes Mouse IgG1 antibodies and is suitable as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not recognize other mouse isotypes and shows no cross-reactivity with rat IgG1 or other rat isotypes.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometry, microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry.
Applications Tested:
- Flow cytometry: ≤ 0.25 µg/test (defined for 100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
- Immunocytochemistry / Immunohistochemistry: ≤ 10 µg/mL.
It is recommended to titrate the antibody for optimal performance.

Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies. Secondary antibodies provide versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These reagents are generated by immunizing host animals with pooled mouse immunoglobulins and purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or conjugation to generate highly specific reagents.
