Mouse splenocytes를 대상으로 한 flow cytometric 분석에서 시험되었으며, 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용할 수 있습니다.
eFluor™ 660은 Alexa Fluor™ 647의 대체 형광체로, 659 nm에서 방출되고 633 nm 레이저로 여기됩니다.
