Product Specific Information

The goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG, showing minimal cross-reactivity with human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, and rabbit serum proteins. It recognizes IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, and shows some reactivity to IgM.

This antibody is a F(ab`)2 fragment, containing two Fab domains linked through the hinge region, with the Fc region removed to reduce Fc-mediated binding issues.

Validated as a secondary reagent for detecting mouse IgG-stained cells. Reported applications include flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry.

• Flow Cytometry: Tested by staining normal human peripheral blood cells with a mouse anti-human antibody. Use ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
• Immunohistochemistry: Tested on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. Use ≤10 µg/mL.
• Optimization: Titrate for best performance in specific assays.

Fluorophore Information:
eFluor® 660 replaces Alexa Fluor® 647. It emits at 659 nm and is excited by the red laser (633 nm).
