Product Specific Information
The monoclonal rat IgM κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Rat IgM Isotype Control eFluor® 660 is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and has been tested on normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells.
It should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
eFluor® 660 is a replacement for Alexa Fluor® 647. It emits at 659 nm and is excited with the red laser (633 nm). Ensure that your instrument can detect this fluorochrome.
