Introduction

Fresh Tag 10TH is a temperature-humidity logger. This series of data loggers are designed for monitoring and recording the temperature/humidity changes of sensitive products during their transportation and storage. They can be widely used in each stage of cold chains, such as refrigerated containers, refrigerated trucks, cooler bags, cooling cabinets, medical cabinets, freezers, and laboratories.

This series of data loggers feature a large LCD screen for intuitive display. They can work for up to 120 days. Parameters can be configured on our free configuration software. After the trip is finished, connecting this logger to the computer, then PDF/CSV/PDF&CSV reports will be generated automatically without using the software.

After the trip is finished, connect the usb temperature/humidity logger to the computer, the irreversible reports with graphs and tables will be generated automatically, with no cable or reader required. Temporary report is available.

Long battery life and large memory capacity

This usb temperature/humidity data logger can work for up to 120 days. And its memory capacity can reach up to 65,000 readings.

Small size but large display

This temperature/humidity data logger has a compact profile and lightweight design, but the LCD screen accounts for a large proportion. It can intuitively display Max./Min/Average Value, Alarm time, Remaining Days, etc. Moreover, its green and red LED lights can indicate its different status.

Alarm for abnormal status

Once the temperature or humidity is out of the configured alarm range, this single use temperature/humidity data logger will alarm through the alarm symbol on the LCD screen and the red LED light will flash.

Applications

Fresh Tag 10TH single use temperature/humidity data logger is important to cold chain transportation for perishable products, especially food products. The non-breaking cold chain could guarantee food products maintain high quality and optimum shelf life.

For meat and fish products, also called frozen food, it is very important to keep the growth of microbes as low as possible by maintaining temperature threshold values.

Freshliance Tools

Freshliance Tools is a desktop software for users to use Freshliance USB data loggers. It consists of three pages: Summary, Graph and History. On the Summary page, the software will first automatically identify ID, model, recording type, sensor type, battery level, status and other information of the device plugged in. And then users can configure the data logger as needed, including start mode, start delay, time zone, time format, logging interval, report format, PDF/software password, high and low alarm, etc. During or after data recording, user can also check statistical information of the device after plugging it in. Besides, the graph page provides a simple X–Y plot of time versus temperature/humidity which can be save as PNG format file, a list and a summary of all data recorded, as well as an option to export the report in PDF, CSV, TXT format; and the history page provides a list of all the devices whose report was read by this software.
