Product Description

PCR 8-tube strip is a disposable molecular experimental consumable specifically for PCR and qPCR assays. The product is carefully developed from imported high-quality polypropylene material, which can be applied to both rapid and standard fluorescence quantitative PCR system and thermal cycler heating module. The ingenious design of the tube and cap makes the tube cover firmly sealed with a small pressure, which helps to reduce cross contamination. The arrow direction and digital marking of the tube and cap can effectively improve the convenience of adding samples and reduce the risk of misplacing samples. Strict production environment and quality control system ensure the product is stability, free from human DNA contamination, DNA or RNA enzyme contamination and heat pollution.

Performance

High Thermal Conductivity: Superior thermal conductivity provides precise control of cycling temperatures PCR and realizes fast and efficient PCR amplification. The thermal conductivity was evaluated at the same time. Compared with the silmilar products of other brands, the results show that Vazyme 8-tube PCR strips has higher thermal conductivity, which can effectively speed up reaction and save time.

Low Evaporativity: Vazyme PCR tubes are sealed with a insertion cap that reduces sample overflow and cross contamination. By weighing PCR tube before and after a thermal cycling, the data shows that the evaporated volume of reacation system in Vazyme PCR 8-tube strip was less than 3%, which is significantly lower than Supplier A. It indicates that Vazyme PCR 8-tube strips ensure a reliable experimental data.

Excellent Uniformity:The differences between tubes will lead to poor reproducibility of experimental data, resulting in invalid results. The uniformity between tubes was evaluated by qPCR assays in the same system. As shown in the pictures, Vazyme PCR 8-tube strips have good
reproducibility.

The amplification sensitivity was evaluated by qPCR assays in different systems. Compared with supplier A, Vazyme PCR 8-tube strips have lower CT value, and ensure the amplification results.
