Vazyme 96-well PCR plate is a disposable molecular experimental consumable designed for qPCR assays, which can be adapted to a variety of qPCR instruments such as Thermo, Bio-rad, Roche. The 96-well PCR plate was carefully developed from high-quality polypropylene, and the patented removable design can be used as a 72-well PCR plate, 48-well PCR plate or 24-well PCR plate. The plate is highly transparent with black logo on the back which is convenient to observe and easy to mark. Strict production environment and quality control system ensure the product with stability, sterility, DNase and RNase free, and no pyrogens.

Performance

Excellent Sealing Performance

Poor sealing of the well plate will result in spillage of the reaction system, leading to cross contamination from well to well. The sealing of Vazyme 96-well PCR plates and sealing films was assessed by weighing the difference in weight before and after the thermal cycling reaction. The results show that the evaporation rate of reaction system is less than 5% after the thermal cycling reaction.

Reliable Data

The reproducibility of experimental data can be affected by the variation between replicate wells of the 96-well PCR plate. The uniformity of the plate was evaluated by real-time PCR assay. And the results show that Vazyme 96-well PCR plates has better data reproducibility than similar products, which can ensure the reliability of the experimental data.
