CD66a(CEACAM1)은 carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1으로, biliary glycoprotein(BPG)으로도 알려져 있습니다. CD66a는 상피세포, 내피세포 및 hematopoietic 세포(B세포, NK, 단핵구, DC, 과립구 등)에 발현됩니다. 인간에서는 CD66a 발현 수준이 악성종양 식별에 활용되며, B세포의 BCR 활성 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CC1 항체는 SJL 마우스에서 발현되는 CEACAM1b 대립유전자를 인식하지 않으며, 바이러스 감염 차단 및 IgM 교차결합 시 B세포 증식을 촉진하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
응용 보고: Flow Cytometry 분석에 사용 가능
테스트 조건: 마우스 비장세포 분석에 0.125 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능

CEACAM1은 immunoglobulin superfamily에 속하는 carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) 유전자군의 구성원입니다. 이 유전자군은 염색체 19번 장완에 위치하며, 세포 접착, 조직 구조 형성, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 종양 억제, 전이, 면역 반응 조절 등 다양한 생물학적 기능에 관여합니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되었으며, 두 가지 완전 길이 isoform이 확인되었습니다.
