For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

USP7 (HAUSP) is a ubiquitin-specific protease that removes ubiquitin from target proteins. It plays a key role in regulating protein stability and degradation. USP7 antagonizes Mdm2, which ubiquitinates and degrades p53, thereby stabilizing p53 under stress conditions.
It may function as a tumor suppressor by protecting p53 from degradation. USP7 also contributes to oncogenic signaling pathways involving Myc and E1A, potentially offering an alternative mechanism for cellular protection against oncogenic stress.
