Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits (two rings of 7 alpha subunits and two rings of 7 beta subunits).
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome processes class I MHC peptides.
This gene encodes a member of the peptidase T1A family (a 20S core alpha subunit).
Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
