Target Information
PYCARD는 세포자멸사(apoptosis) 및 염증 반응의 주요 매개체로 작용합니다.
주로 caspase-8 및 caspase-9을 통한 세포자멸사를 촉진하며, 미토콘드리아 경로 활성화에 관여합니다.
또한 macrophage pyroptosis를 유도하며 inflammasome 복합체의 조립에 필수적인 어댑터 단백질로 작용합니다.
NLRP2, NLRP3, AIM2 등 다양한 패턴 인식 수용체와 상호작용하여 caspase-1 활성화를 유도하고,
염증성 사이토카인 분비를 조절합니다.
적응 면역에서는 수지상세포 성숙, T세포 면역 자극, 세포골격 재배열 등에도 관여합니다.
NF-κB 신호 경로를 조절하며, CHUK 및 IKBK의 활성 억제를 통해 염증 반응 조절에 기여합니다.
