Target Information
DTL/CDT2는 DCX (DDB1-CUL4-X-box) E3 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가제 복합체의 기질 특이 어댑터로, 세포주기 조절, DNA 손상 반응 및 전사 후 DNA 합성에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
DCX(DTL) 복합체는 CDT1 및 CDKN1A/p21(CIP1)의 폴리유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 매개하며, 이는 DNA 복제의 세포주기 조절에 중요합니다.
또한 PCNA와의 상호작용을 통해 기질의 폴리유비퀴틴화를 유도하며, 손상되지 않은 증식 세포에서는 PCNA의 Lys-164 단일유비퀴틴화를 촉진하여 전사 후 DNA 합성에 관여합니다.
