Product Specific Information
The mouse IgM is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. It was generated by immunization with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and is reactive with LPS.
This isotype control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis.
It has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information
Mouse IgM is an immunoglobulin M antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the first antibody produced during an immune response and is the largest immunoglobulin in serum.
Composed of five heavy and five light chains, it plays a crucial role in complement activation and antigen agglutination.
Mouse IgM is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry.
