eBioscience의 FOXP3 항체 패널은 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 다양한 에피토프를 인식하여 FOXP3 발현 패턴 및 FOXP3⁺ 세포 아형 연구에 유용합니다.
PCH101 항체는 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노 말단을 인식하며, 다른 단백질과의 교차 반응성은 확인되지 않았습니다. FOXP3는 49–55 kDa 크기의 단백질로, CD4⁺CD25⁺ 조절 T세포에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.

인간 PBMC를 이용한 세포내 염색 시, CD25^bright 세포에서 주로 0.5–4%의 림프구가 염색됩니다(개인차 존재).
PCH101은 rhesus, chimpanzee, cynomolgus에도 교차 반응합니다.
CD4(OKT4 또는 RPA-T4) 및 CD25(BC96) 항체와 병용을 권장합니다.

Target Information

FOXP3(Forkhead box protein 3)는 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 전사 조절 인자로, CD25⁺CD4⁺ 조절 T세포에서 안정적으로 발현됩니다.
FOXP3 유전자의 결함은 마우스의 scurfy 표현형 및 인간의 IPEX 증후군(XLAAD 증후군)을 유발합니다.
여러 전사 변이체가 보고되었으며, 인간 유방암 및 대장암 세포에서 p53에 의해 발현이 조절됩니다.
