Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 double distilled water(DDW)로 재구성 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)
- 항체는 실온에서 lyophilized powder 형태로 배송됨
- 수령 후 -20°C에 보관
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능

Target Information
Histamine은 mast cell, enterochromaffin-like cell, neuron 등에서 방출되는 신호 분자로, H1, H2, H3, H4의 4가지 수용체를 통해 다양한 생리적 작용을 매개합니다.
이 유전자는 최근까지 intron이 없는 것으로 알려졌으나, 실제로는 여러 splice variant가 존재하며 동일 단백질을 암호화합니다.
H1 receptor 단백질은 G protein-coupled receptor superfamily에 속하는 막 단백질로, 평활근 수축, 모세혈관 투과성 증가, 부신수질의 catecholamine 분비, 중추신경계의 신경전달 등을 매개합니다.
