Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
The G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) GPR81 is reported primarily in adipose and pituitary tissues.
ESTs have been isolated from human bladder and colon cancer libraries.
It has not been detected in frontal, temporal, and occipital lobes of the cortex, basal forebrain, caudate nucleus, nucleus accumbens, or hippocampus.
