Takara CultiLife Cell-Culture Bags
CultiLife cell-culture bags are gas-permeable, transparent culture bags that provide a sterile, closed system for growing and transducing suspension cells such as T cells and other hematopoietic cells.
The closed system reduces the risk of culture contamination and user infection.
Compared to conventional flask cultures, CultiLife bags offer improved cell proliferation and require less incubator space.

Usage Notes
- Only the CultiLife 215 culture bag can be coated with RetroNectin reagent for high-efficiency retroviral or lentiviral transduction of hematopoietic cells.
- After transduction in the CultiLife 215 bag, cells can be expanded in the larger CultiLife Eva GT-T610 bag.
