Target Information
SARM1는 NAD(+) hydrolase로, 손상 후 축삭 퇴화(axonal degeneration)를 조절하는 핵심 효소입니다. NAD(+) 대사를 조절하여 Wallerian degeneration을 유도하며, MYD88 및 TRIF 의존적 톨유사수용체(TLR) 신호 경로를 음성 조절합니다. 손상 시 NAD(+)를 ADPR, cADPR, nicotinamide로 분해하여 축삭 파괴를 촉진합니다. 또한 NADP(+)를 가수분해할 수 있으며, MAPK4-JNK 경로를 통해 수상돌기 가지 형성을 조절하고, 선천 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다.
