PTPC 형성, 미토콘드리아 내막 전위 소실, 그리고 cytochrome c 방출은 apoptosis 초기 단계의 핵심 과정입니다. Bax 단백질은 ANT를 통해 미토콘드리아 내막 전위 소실을 유도하며, ANT1은 ADP와 ATP 교환을 촉매하여 미토콘드리아 DNA 유지에 관여합니다.
