Target Information
CD22 (BL-CAM)은 분자량 130~140 kDa의 제1형 막관통 당단백질로, B 림프구의 세포질과 세포막 모두에서 발현됩니다. CD22 항원은 B 세포 분화 초기에 CD19 항원과 유사한 시점에 나타나며, 성숙 B 세포(CD22+)와 형질세포(CD22-) 사이의 후기 분화 단계에서만 막 발현이 일어납니다. 이 특성은 성숙 백혈병의 표현형 분석에 유용합니다.
CD22는 hairy cell leukemia에서 강하게 발현되며, α2,6-결합 시알산을 선호적으로 결합합니다. 리간드 유도성 티로신 인산화 후 B 세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절에 관여하며, Src family tyrosine kinase와의 상호작용을 통해 양성 조절 또는 SH2 도메인을 가진 세포질 인산화효소를 모집하여 신호 전달을 억제하는 음성 조절 역할도 수행할 수 있습니다. 또한 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin lymphoma에서는 양성, classical Hodgkin lymphoma에서는 음성으로 나타납니다.
