Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 130 kDa 막당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich 슈퍼패밀리에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체입니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/해프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 재활용에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 주로 염증 후기 단계의 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에 발현되며, CD14 양성 단핵구, 대부분의 CD64 양성 단핵구 및 CD16 양성 단핵구에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 세포 표면의 CD163을 절단하여 혈장 또는 세포 상등액으로 방출을 유도합니다.
CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 결합하며, HP1F형 다중체 해프토글로빈 복합체에 대해 더 높은 친화력을 나타냅니다.
또한 CD163은 티로신 키나아제 의존적 칼슘 이동, 이노시톨 삼인산 생산, IL-6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
