This antibody is specific for SG2NA and does not cross-react with Striatin.
Target Information
SG2NA was identified as a human cancer autoantigen and has been implicated in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. It is highly related to striatin and zinedin. SG2NA acts as a scaffolding protein that binds PP2A A and C subunits, as well as the human homolog of yeast Mob1, which is involved in mitotic progression. It also binds calmodulin and modulates PP2A activity.
