• Automated Safety: Detects minute pressure changes and automatically adjusts the gradient to the set point. Ensures containment without manual vent speed adjustment, reducing operator distraction.
• Optimum Enclosure Operation: Maintains supply gas or compressed air at a set point of -15 Pa for ergonomic operation. Prevents uneven pressures seen in competitor exhaust-only systems (-25 Pa to -50 Pa).
• Automatic N₂ Inerting: Supports oxygen-sensitive or explosive compounds using fresh or recirculated N₂. Helps control humidity and minimize explosion risk.

Handling today’s higher-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs) presents increasing regulatory concerns — especially within manufacturing-area isolators, lab areas, and flexible GMP chambers where airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials exist.

The Jet Vent system’s precise fan speed delivers accurately controlled negative air pressure to ensure proper flow into flexible wall isolators, reducing worker exposure risk. It can also provide positive air pressure for sterile applications and facilitate relative humidity control when containment is unnecessary.

Jet Vent systems can operate adjacent to the contained compartment or in a separate room. The fan is rated at 250 m³/h, offering higher capacity than many competitor systems.
