Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C or below.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Glutathione-S-Transferase (Schistosoma japonicum).
Cross-reactivity against Glutathione-S-Transferase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.
Target Information
GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is a 26 kDa protein found in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes, catalyzing various reactions.
It is commonly used to create GST gene fusion systems, enabling purification via high affinity for glutathione.
These GST-fusion proteins are valuable for studying protein–protein interactions and have been introduced into numerous expression vectors.
