Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
- The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
- The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
- For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
Coagulation factor II (thrombin) receptor-like 3 (F2RL3) is a member of the large family of 7-transmembrane-region receptors that couple to guanosine-nucleotide-binding proteins. It belongs to the protease-activated receptor family and is activated by proteolytic cleavage of its extracellular amino terminus. The new amino terminus acts as a tethered ligand, activating the receptor. F2RL3 is activated by thrombin and trypsin.
