Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 15 µL 또는 50 µL DDW (샘플 크기에 따라)로 재구성.
- 항체는 실온에서 동결건조 상태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관.
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주 보관 가능. 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주 후 -20°C 보관.
- 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피할 것.
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리 권장.

PTAFR는 로돕신 유전자 패밀리의 구조적 특징을 가지며, platelet-activating factor(PAF)에 결합함.
PAF는 phospholipid (1-0-alkyl-2-acetyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphorylcholine)로, 알레르기, 천식, 패혈성 쇼크, 동맥 혈전증 및 염증 과정 등 다양한 병리적 반응의 매개체로 알려져 있음.
