• Reconstitution:
  Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  The antibody ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
  Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
  The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
  For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Coagulation factor II (thrombin) receptor-like 3 (F2RL3) is a member of the large family of 7-transmembrane-region receptors that couple to guanosine-nucleotide-binding proteins.
F2RL3 belongs to the protease-activated receptor family and is activated by proteolytic cleavage of its extracellular amino terminus.
The new amino terminus acts as a tethered ligand, activating the receptor.
F2RL3 is activated by thrombin and trypsin.
