Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결 건조된 분말 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 차단하여 최대 1주일까지 보관할 수 있습니다. 장기 보관 시에는 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에 보관하며, 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
Target Information
Coagulation factor II (thrombin) receptor-like 1 (F2RL1)은 7개의 막관통 영역을 가진 G 단백질 결합 수용체 계열에 속하며, protease-activated receptor(PAR) 패밀리의 일원입니다. F2RL1은 trypsin에 의해 활성화되며 thrombin에는 반응하지 않습니다. 활성화는 extracellular N-terminus의 단백질 절단을 통해 이루어지며, 새롭게 형성된 N-terminus가 tethered ligand로 작용하여 수용체를 활성화합니다. F2RL1 유전자는 두 개의 엑손을 포함하고 있으며, 인간 조직 전반에 널리 발현됩니다. 예측된 단백질 서열은 마우스 수용체 서열과 83%의 동일성을 가집니다.
