Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ZFP36 is a probable regulatory protein with a zinc finger structure involved in growth factor response regulation.
Knockdown of ZFP36 increases macrophage gene mRNAs and inflammatory tumor necrosis factor protein release, while overexpression decreases these levels, indicating its role in macrophage gene expression regulation.
ZFP36 can be phosphorylated by JNK and other MAP kinase family members.
Gene expression profiling suggests its involvement in prostate cancer prognosis, and abnormal ZFP36 production may contribute to higher rheumatoid arthritis activity.
