Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

ZFP36 is a regulatory protein with a zinc finger structure involved in growth factor response regulation.
Knockdown of ZFP36 increases macrophage gene mRNA and inflammatory TNF protein release, while overexpression decreases these levels, indicating its role in macrophage gene expression regulation.
ZFP36 can be phosphorylated by JNK and other MAP kinase family members.
Gene expression profiling links ZFP36 to prostate cancer prognosis and rheumatoid arthritis activity.
