ZFP36은 성장 인자 반응 조절에 관여하는 zinc finger 구조를 가진 조절 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
ZFP36의 발현 억제는 대식세포 관련 유전자 mRNA와 염증성 TNF 단백질 발현을 증가시키며, 반대로 과발현 시 해당 유전자 발현이 감소합니다.
이는 ZFP36이 대식세포 유전자 발현 조절에 중요한 역할을 함을 시사합니다.
