For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1) is a 120 kDa protein localized in the ER lumen that removes NH₂-terminal residues from antigenic precursors for MHC class I peptide presentation.
It trims peptides of 9 amino acids or more to the optimal 8–11 residue length required for MHC class I binding.
ERAP1 expression is induced by interferon-gamma, and the gene is located on chromosome 5q15.
ERAP1 has been described as:

• A-LAP (Adipocyte-derived leucine aminopeptidase): Inactivates bioactive peptides such as angiotensin II, possibly regulating blood pressure.
• PILS-AP (Puromycin-insensitive leucine-specific aminopeptidase): Involved in angiogenesis by modulating endothelial cell proliferation and migration.
• ARTS-1 (Aminopeptidase regulator of TNFR1 shedding): Promotes TNFR1 shedding and may regulate inflammatory signaling.

Further research is needed to fully elucidate the biological functions of ERAP1.
