Target Information
Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1)은 ER 내강에 위치한 120 kDa 단백질로, MHC class I 항원 제시에 필요한 펩타이드 전구체의 N-말단 잔기를 절단합니다. ERAP1은 interferon-gamma에 의해 유도되며, 인간의 경우 5q15 염색체에 위치합니다.
ERAP1은 adipocyte-derived leucine aminopeptidase (A-LAP), puromycin-insensitive leucine-specific aminopeptidase (PILS-AP), aminopeptidase regulator of TNFR1 shedding (ARTS-1)로도 알려져 있습니다.
A-LAP은 angiotensin II 등의 생리활성 펩타이드를 불활성화하여 혈압 조절에 관여할 수 있으며, PILS-AP은 혈관 내피세포의 증식 및 이동을 조절하여 혈관신생에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되었습니다. ARTS-1은 TNFR1 결합 단백질로 TNFR1 shedding을 촉진합니다.
