For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1) is a 120 kDa protein located in the ER lumen that removes N-terminal residues from antigenic precursors for MHC class I peptide presentation.
It trims peptides to 8–11 residues, is induced by interferon-gamma, and is encoded by the human gene on chromosome 5q15.
ERAP1 is also known as:

• Adipocyte-derived leucine aminopeptidase (A-LAP)
• Puromycin-insensitive leucine-specific aminopeptidase (PILS-AP)
• Aminopeptidase regulator of TNFR1 shedding (ARTS-1)

A-LAP may regulate blood pressure by inactivating bioactive peptides such as angiotensin II.
PILS-AP is involved in angiogenesis through endothelial cell proliferation and migration.
ARTS-1 promotes TNFR1 shedding.
Further research is needed to fully elucidate the functions of this protein.
