Target Information
SLIT and NTRK-like family 6 (Slitrk6)는 여섯 개의 상동성 막단백질(Slitrk1–6)로 구성된 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다. 이들은 세포 외 도메인에 두 개의 보존된 leucine-rich repeat 영역을 가지며, 축삭 성장 조절 단백질인 Slit 및 trk neurotrophin 수용체와 상동성을 가집니다. Slitrk 단백질의 발현은 신경 및 뇌종양 조직에 제한적으로 나타나며, Slitrk6는 혀, 폐, 위장관, 췌장 등에서 발현됩니다. Slitrk1을 제외한 다른 Slitrk 단백질과 마찬가지로, Slitrk6의 과발현은 배양된 뉴런에서 신경돌기 성장을 억제합니다. Slitrk6에는 최소 두 가지 이소폼이 존재하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
