SLIT and NTRK-like family 4 (Slitrk4)는 여섯 개의 상동 막 단백질(Slitrk1–6)로 구성된 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 이들은 세포외 영역에 두 개의 보존된 leucine-rich repeat 도메인을 가지고 있으며, 축삭 성장 조절 단백질인 Slit과 높은 상동성을 보입니다. 또한, 세포내 도메인에서는 trk neurotrophin 수용체와 상동성을 가집니다. Slitrk 단백질의 발현은 신경 및 뇌종양 조직에 제한적으로 나타나며, 단백질 패밀리 내에서도 다양합니다.
