The MQ1-17H12 antibody reacts with human interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and major immunoregulatory cytokine. This antibody is non-neutralizing.

Applications Reported: MQ1-17H12 is used for intracellular flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated for intracellular staining of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. Recommended usage is 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
