11B11 항체는 마우스 인터루킨-4 (IL-4, 14 kDa 사이토카인)를 인식하며, 중화능을 가진 단일클론항체입니다. IL-4는 Th2 및 자연살해T세포에서 주로 분비되며, B세포의 증식과 분화를 촉진하고 Ig isotype 전환 및 MHC class II, CD23 발현을 유도합니다.

세포내 염색 후 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에 사용됩니다.
Applications Tested:
Th2로 분극된 자극된 마우스 비장세포를 대상으로 5 µL (0.06 µg)/test로 최적화되어 있습니다. 1 test는 100 µL 내에서 세포 수 10⁵~10⁸개 범위에 적용 가능합니다.
