Product Specific Information
The 30-F11 monoclonal antibody reacts with all isoforms of mouse CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA). CD45 is expressed by all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. The cytoplasmic portion of CD45 has tyrosine phosphatase activity and plays a key role in lymphocyte activation.

Target Information
CD45 (LCA) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, accounting for ~10% of lymphocyte surface proteins. It regulates Src-family kinases and is crucial for lymphocyte development and antigen receptor signaling. CD45 isoforms arise from alternative splicing and differ in extracellular domains. CD45 plays roles in T/B-cell signaling, cytokine receptor regulation, integrin-mediated survival, and apoptosis modulation.
