Product Specific Information
The RA3-6B2 monoclonal antibody reacts with the exon A-restricted isoform of mouse CD45, a 220 kDa surface molecule.
CD45R/B220 is primarily expressed by B cell lineage from early Pro-B to mature B cells, and also by some activated T cells, LAK cells, NK progenitors, and certain mutant T cells.

- Tested on mouse splenocytes (≤0.5 µg/test, 100 µL final volume)
- Recommended titration for optimal performance

Target Information
CD45R (PTPRC) is a protein tyrosine phosphatase regulating cell growth, differentiation, and immune signaling.
It is expressed in hematopoietic cells and critical for T- and B-cell receptor signaling.
CD45 isoforms vary by alternative splicing and cell type, influencing membrane localization and signaling.
CD45 also modulates integrin-mediated pathways and apoptosis-related DNA fragmentation.
Diseases linked to CD45 dysfunction include Severe Combined Immunodeficiency and Hepatitis C.
