Target Information
SIGIRR (Single Ig IL-1R-related molecule)는 interleukin 1 receptor (IL-1R) 초가족의 새로운 구성원입니다. IL-1R 및 Toll 수퍼패밀리의 보존된 모티프를 공유하지만 구조적·기능적으로 구별됩니다. SIGIRR은 세포외 영역에 단일 Ig 도메인을 가지며, IL-1R 계열은 세 개의 Ig fold를 포함합니다. 긴 세포질 도메인은 Drosophila Toll 구조와 유사하나, SIGIRR의 펩타이드 서열은 IL-1RI와 더 밀접한 관련이 있습니다. SIGIRR의 세포내 도메인을 IL-1R의 세포외 도메인과 융합한 키메라 단백질은 NFκB를 활성화하지 않았습니다. 계통학적 데이터는 SIGIRR이 포유류에서 MyD88과 기능적으로 근접한 막단백질임을 시사합니다.
