Target Information
CD49b (Integrin alpha 2, Integrin alpha 2 chain, VLA-2 alpha chain, HM alpha 2)은 integrin 패밀리에 속하는 당단백질로, 분자량은 약 150 kD입니다.
CD29 (Integrin beta 1)과 복합체를 형성하여 VLA-2 (integrin α2β1, 또는 GPIa/IIa)로 작용하며, laminin, collagen, fibronectin과 결합하여 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
CD49b는 VEGF 유도 혈관신생, 세포 부착, 림프구 활성화에 관여하며, NK 세포, NK-T 세포, 단핵구, 혈소판, 상피세포, 일부 CD4+ T 세포 및 Tr1 세포에서 발현됩니다.
