Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Estrogen-related receptor alpha 1 (ERRα, ERR1) is an orphan member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily.
ERR family members share a highly similar DNA-binding domain (68% identity with estrogen receptor).
ERRα binds to the ERR-alpha response element (ERRE) and may regulate the MCAD promoter, functioning as a metabolic regulator expressed in fatty acid–metabolizing tissues.
The corresponding gene for ERR1 is NR3B1.
