For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Estrogen-related receptor alpha 1 (ERRα, ERR1) is an orphan member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. ERR family members share a highly conserved DNA-binding domain with 68% identity to the estrogen receptor. ERRα binds to the ERRα response element (ERRE) containing a consensus half-site (5'-tnaaggtca-3') and can also bind to the medium-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (MCAD) response element NRRE-1. It functions as a metabolic regulator and is predominantly expressed in tissues that preferentially metabolize fatty acids. The corresponding gene for ERR1 is NR3B1.
