C17orf37 (C35)는 유방암에서 풍부하게 발현되는 새로운 종양 바이오마커로, ERBB2 (HER2) 유전자의 3' 말단에서 약 505 뉴클레오타이드 떨어진 위치의 염색체 17q12에 존재합니다.
C35와 ERBB2 유전자는 tail-to-tail 구조로 배열되어 있으며, C35는 약 12 kDa의 단백질을 암호화합니다.
HER2 관련 암 연구 및 표적 단백질 발현 분석에 유용한 항체입니다.
