For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The ERBB2 (neu/HER2) oncogene is a well-established predictor of patient outcome and therapeutic response in breast cancer.
C35 (C17orf37) is a novel tumor biomarker abundantly expressed in breast cancer.
The C35 gene is located on chromosome 17q12, 505 nucleotides from the 3' end of the ERBB2 oncogene, which is the antigenic target for trastuzumab (Herceptin) therapy.
The chromosomal arrangement of C35 and ERBB2 genes is tail-to-tail.
The ORF37 open reading frame encodes a 12-kDa protein of unknown function.
