Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
C17orf37 (also known as C35) is a novel tumor biomarker highly expressed in breast cancer. It is located on chromosome 17q12, approximately 505 nucleotides downstream of the ERBB2 (HER2/neu) oncogene, which is a known therapeutic target in breast cancer.
C17orf37 encodes a 12-kDa protein of unknown function. Its genomic arrangement with ERBB2 is tail-to-tail, suggesting potential co-regulation or functional association.
Identification of shared tumor-specific targets such as C17orf37 is valuable for developing broad-spectrum cancer therapies.
